We have the capability to take on both roles and will work closely with you to define the necessary 'Pre-construction' information. In cases of partial occupation or phased handovers, we meticulously develop a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) to ensure safety and clear segregation of working and construction areas.
At this stage, we establish essential project governance elements, including project organisation charts, directories, and meeting frequencies.

A dedicated project manager will be assigned to your project, ensuring comprehensive oversight of all project aspects. From the outset, we establish effective project governance, setting up organisation charts, directories, and meticulous meeting schedules while maintaining open lines of communication.
Throughout the project lifecycle, your project manager will remain your primary point of contact. This guarantees uninterrupted access to critical updates on project status, milestone achievements, ongoing actions, and any potential risks.
The project manager will liaise with you diligently throughout, providing a steadfast commitment to keeping you well-informed about the progress and addressing any emerging needs or concerns.

Practical Completion and Handover

As your project reaches practical completion, we ensure that all areas are delivered in a clean and safe condition. We finalise the Operations and Maintenance Manual (O&M) – a vital resource for your reference.
This comprehensive handover package includes essential elements such as meticulously detailed drawings, pertinent certificates, building regulation approval certificates where applicable, and any necessary warranties.
