If on receipt of your order you find a damaged component please let us know immediately and we will replace the damaged component. We must receive written notification within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Please note we cannot offer refunds on items that are manufactured to order. Therefore, prior to placing your order please ensure you have the correct product detail and description including dimensions and any special colour requirement.
At the discretion of the management Apex may accept returned items. Any returned items will incur a 25% restocking charge to cover associated costs. Please note the carriage cost cannot be refunded and the cost of returning items is to be at the customers expense.
