If you receive your pallet racking in a damged state or it is not as described we will arrange for the pallet racking to be collected and a full refund will be issued. As Pallet Racking is individually made for each order unfortunately we can not offer refunds for any errors on your part whilst ordering so please make sure you have got the correct measurements before ordering.
