Apex Pallet Racking has been designed and developed over many years to cater for different loads over different beam lengths. There is no such thing as a standard beam with each beam being individually tailored to each customers specification.

Apex have developed several beam sections which are split in to 2 distinct types 'BOX' and 'OPEN' beams.

Open Section Beams

Open Section Beams are generally used for lighter loads.

Open section beams come in six depths: 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 85mm, 100mm and 110mm.

All open beams are 50mm wide.
  

Box Section Beams

Box Section Beams are generally used for heavier loads, see below.

Box section beams come in four depths 90mm, 100mm, 110mm and 150mm.

All box beams are 50mm wide.

Beam Clear Entry Dimension

The beam length is identified as the beam clear entry dimension, see below.

The clear entry dimension is measured between adjacent frames inside to inside (inside clear goal dimension).
